IS THERE A DELIVERY OR PICK UP FEE?
Free usage and delivery/pick up of rented totes is available exclusively to customers whose move is facilitated by My Move Made Easy. If the customer’s move is not facilitated by My Move Made, the current weekly rental rate will include free delivery and pick up.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY/PICK UP?
Yes, someone over the age of 18 needs to be present to sign for and accept the delivery.
ARE THE TOTES PLACED INSIDE MY HOME?
The totes will be placed inside the home in proximity to the nearest entry door or in the garage.
WHAT IF I NEED EXTRA TOTES?
Contact us during the rental period and we can provide you with the current rental rate per tote. A $25.00 fee is charged for the delivery.
WHAT IF I NEED TO EXTEND MY RENTAL?
Reach out to MY MOVE MADE EASY prior to the pickup date. The extended rental will be charged by the week and will be charged at the current rental rate.
WHAT ARE THE REPLACEMENT FEES FOR DAMAGED OR LOST TOTES.
There is a $25.00 fee for each damaged or lost tote.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Your rental order can be cancelled anytime up to 48 hours before the prescheduled date for free. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, there will be a $100.00 restocking fee.
